General Terms and Conditions of Service

This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between the user and Le Zeus. By accessing and using our technical services, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these provisions, which govern every activity on the platform in Italy.

The use of any section of the platform implies unequivocal consent to these terms. Le Zeus reserves the right to modify this contract to adapt it to legislative or technical changes. Users will be informed of significant variations through the site interface.

Limited access To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity to act according to Italian laws. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the use of the service is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

User profile management The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. The creation of multiple accounts for a single individual is prohibited; in case of technical duplication, the system will proceed to close all associated profiles for security reasons.

The user undertakes to:

• Not use the platform for illicit or fraudulent purposes, including money laundering or identity theft.
• Not attempt to violate the technical integrity of the system through malware or cyber attacks.
• Not perform actions that could damage the technical or commercial reputation of Le Zeus.

If the service includes financial transactions:

• Deposits can only be made using payment methods legally registered to the user.
• Withdrawals may be subject to prior technical validation for compliance with the terms of use.
• Any technical processing fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before confirming the operation.

The user acknowledges that digital entertainment services involve inherent risks of loss. Le Zeus does not guarantee certain results or financial returns. Access to the platform is provided "as is", and may be subject to technical interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure.

To the extent permitted by law in Italy, Le Zeus will not be liable for indirect damages or malfunctions of the user's internet connection affecting the activity. Any legal dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, according to current Italian legislation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of violation of terms, suspicious activity, or requests from competent authorities in Italy.
